This is a poignant one hour video that depicts how to approach the topic of end of life wishes with those we love. As a hospice social worker, I appreciate the gentle treatment of the topic and the hope that permeates through all of life, even to the last breath. For the record, we need to have these conversations along the life trajectory. Don’t save them for the last 24 hours of life… you’ll be really glad to know what your loved one wants the end to be like. And I daresay, your loved ones would be glad to know what you want, as well.
